I hate working on hosebibs, as far as repacking. You should be able to remove the handle, then loosen the bonnet or what I call the packing nut counter clockwise. Then remove and replace te packing. I'm always in favor of replacing the hosebib. As far as repair, I enjoy the woodford hosebib. I just replaced some parts on the #25 today and it was a breeze.
