I feel for you...I have the same dark green leather sofa & loveseat in my family room and have no idea what colour to paint! There is a really nice colour out by Farrow & Ball called Archive or if you prefer deeper colour, there is one called Dauphin. All their colours are gorgeous!
You don't have to pay the $96/gallon either,,,you can get Home Depot to colour match the chip and only pay $30+.
