Firstly, I don't even want to know how you've ended up with the smell of feces on your leather seats!
Secondly, you should count yourself lucky that you're dealing with leather- if this 'accident' had happened on fabric seats, you'd have a much tougher job ahead of you.
To remove any sort of bad odor from leather seating, I'd recommend giving the affected area a good clean. You can then follow this up with several different homemade treatments.

Giving your leather seats some fresh air for around 24 hours is a good place to start. No point keeping that smell trapped in an enclosed space.

You'll then need to opt for some leather-specific cleaning techniques:
- Brush the area with a soft brush (to remove any remaining debris)
- Wipe the area using leather cleaner and a soft rag (we use Mothers Leather Cleaner on our car)
- Spray the area with a mixture of 1:5 white vinegar to water
- Sprinkle some baking soda on the offensive area
I'd also recommend trying some linseed oil for aftercare. I haven't tried this yet- but apparently it's awesome.
