I'm pretty sure it does but I'm not 100%. I just saved a stray kitten and have recently had a problem with fleas. I have to give her a flea bath every 14 days and spray my house with the flea killer. I also read that if you vacuum the vibration brings the fleas out and its a good way to try to get rid of them. You have to remember to empty the vacuum of course, the avoid a re-infestation.
