A common problem that many workers face, screw heads breaking while in the device. Here are a few tips on how to remove them in the least time possible. If the screw is considerably loose, try using a scriber to get it out. Gently place the point of the scriber on the broken screw and attempt turning the screw by lightly tapping the scriber with the help of a small hammer.

If the screw is too tight, then try drilling a little hole in the middle of the broken screw. Then insert the tang of a small file through the hole lightly tapping it with a hammer. Insert it so that the tang has a grip on the screw and turning it results in the turning of the screw, thus pulling it out.
