Using rubbing alcohol will completely remove ink without harming the fabric. If there is a lot of ink and in many spots, you can soak the whole garment and then lightly rub and blot the spots. If the ink is only in a few places use cotton balls, saturate the cotton and let it sit for a min or so then rub and blot the ink. It will disappear before your eyes. If the ink is an old stain and really dried in, spray it with a little wd40 and let it sit for 20 min before removing the ink, then use Dawn dish soap to remove the remainder of the wd40. The wash as normal.
